Browser-Level Controls
In addition to the cookie banner, you can control cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect site functionality.
Google Chrome
Open Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear existing cookies. To clear localStorage: Open DevTools (F12) → Application → Storage → Local Storage → Clear All.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) is enabled by default in Standard mode and blocks many third-party trackers automatically. You can also clear cookies and site data from this menu.
Apple Safari
Open Settings/Preferences → Privacy. Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) is enabled by default and limits cross-site tracking. You can block all cookies via "Block all cookies" or manage website data via "Manage Website Data".
Microsoft Edge
Open Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. Edge Tracking Prevention (set to Balanced or Strict) blocks many known trackers by default. You can also clear browsing data including cookies and cached localStorage.
Do Not Track (DNT)
Dimora AI does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no legally binding standard for what DNT requires of website operators. If you wish to opt out of analytics and marketing tracking, please use the cookie consent banner or the browser opt-out methods above.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Dimora AI acknowledges the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. If your browser transmits a GPC signal on visits to dimora.ai from California, Dimora AI will treat this as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Marketing cookies will not be loaded for GPC-enabled visitors where technically feasible. Implementation is ongoing; in the interim, you may use the cookie banner to decline Marketing cookies.
Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) & Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP)
Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) automatically limits the lifetime of cross-site tracking cookies to 7 days (or less for some cookies). Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) blocks known third-party trackers by default. These browser-native protections operate independently of the cookie consent banner and may further limit the data collected by Statistics and Marketing cookies on your device.
Mobile App
Dimora AI does not currently offer a standalone mobile application. The dimora.ai website is accessible via mobile browsers and may be added to a home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA), but this does not constitute a native mobile app.
When Dimora AI launches a native mobile application for iOS or Android, a separate cookie and device tracking disclosure will be provided within that application, addressing platform-specific identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) in accordance with Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Google Play policies. Contact privacy@dimora.ai if you have questions about future mobile data practices.
Data Minimization in Cookies
Dimora AI applies data minimization principles to cookie usage:
Essential cookies contain no PII
The cookie_consent cookie stores only a binary consent state and timestamp. The Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie contains a bot-detection token that does not identify you personally.
GA4 IP anonymization enabled
Google Analytics 4 is configured with IP anonymization (anonymize_ip: true). Your full IP address is not stored by Google for analytics purposes.
No cross-site tracking beyond essential providers
Dimora AI does not engage in cross-site tracking beyond the third-party providers disclosed in this policy. No data broker integrations, fingerprinting scripts, or undisclosed tracking pixels are in use.
No marketing cookies set for apparent minors
Dimora AI does not knowingly set marketing or analytics cookies for visitors who appear to be under the applicable age of consent (13 in the US, 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a minor's data has been collected, contact privacy@dimora.ai.
Children
dimora.ai is not directed to children under 13 (United States) or under 16 (European Union and United Kingdom). Dimora AI does not knowingly set marketing cookies or collect personal data from children. The platform is designed exclusively for property management professionals and B2B commercial use.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under the applicable age has provided personal data to Dimora AI through dimora.ai, please contact privacy@dimora.ai and we will delete that data within 30 days of verification.
Updates to This Policy
Dimora AI may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as tracking technologies or regulatory requirements change. Material changes — such as adding a new cookie category or a new advertising partner — will be communicated via the cookie consent banner on the next visit, prompting re-consent where required.
Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting) will be made without specific notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with each version.
For questions about this Cookie Policy, contact privacy@dimora.ai.
