What Hostaway does not provide is an AI layer that can answer phone calls, draft intelligent multi-channel replies, identify and execute revenue opportunities in your calendar, or learn from your team's corrections to get smarter over time. Dimora is building that layer specifically for Hostaway users. The integration will connect through Hostaway's API to give you the same six AI modules that are already live on other PMS platforms — configured for Hostaway's data structures, messaging channels, and workflow conventions.

Dimora will connect through Hostaway's REST API using your account credentials or API key. The integration reads reservation data, property details, guest information, and messaging channels. It writes back internal notes, draft replies, and upsell messages. All communication goes through Hostaway's official API.
Module Configuration
During onboarding, we configure which modules to activate, which properties to include, and your specific business rules. Pet policies, parking procedures, checkout instructions, upsell pricing — everything gets set up once and applied across your portfolio. Your existing Hostaway automations and marketplace apps continue running alongside Dimora.
Launch and Calibrate
Modules activate and process in review mode for the first week. Your team reviews every AI action — voice transcripts, inbox drafts, upsell offers — in the dashboard. PM corrections feed into the AI Learning module, calibrating outputs to your team's standards. By day 7, the system is tuned to your operations.
