Contractor Portal

Stop Chasing Contractors to Confirm They Got the Job. They Confirm Themselves.

You assign the job. Your plumber gets an email with the address, the timing, and two buttons: Accept or Decline. Your phone buzzes when they respond. They arrive, see the property is vacant (green badge), do the work, upload photos from their camera, and mark done. You see the closed ticket with photo proof — without making a single call.

What the Contractor Portal Actually Does

Confirmations Without the Chase

You assign the job. The contractor gets an email with Accept and Decline buttons. Your phone buzzes when they respond. No texts, no calls to confirm, no wondering if they saw it. Works from any phone on any email app.

They Know When It's Safe to Enter

Every job in the contractor's 7-day schedule shows a vacancy badge — green (vacant), red (guest present), amber (check-in soon). Pulled from your live reservation calendar. No more contractor arrivals while guests are mid-stay.

Proof on Every Closed Ticket

Contractor marks done, uploads before/after photos from their camera. You get an email and Slack notification with the photos. Every closed ticket has timestamped visual evidence — no follow-up calls needed.

Six Reasons the Group Text Thread Never Comes Back

What changes the week your contractors start using the portal

Contractors confirm the moment you assign

No More "Did You See My Text?"

The moment you assign a job, the contractor gets an email with property details, timing, and Accept / Decline buttons. No app needed. Works on any phone, any email. Your phone buzzes when they confirm — and the ticket updates automatically.

Before and after, every single job

Photo Proof Before the Next Guest Arrives

When a contractor marks a job done, they upload before/after photos from their camera right on site. You get an email and Slack notification with the photos attached. Every closed ticket has timestamped visual evidence — no follow-up calls needed.

Green, red, amber — no surprises

They Know If a Guest Is Home Before They Drive Over

Every job on the contractor's 7-day schedule shows a color-coded vacancy badge from your live reservation calendar. Green = vacant, walk right in. Red = guest present, call ahead. Amber = check-in soon, move fast. Contractors schedule accordingly.

Direct messaging with property context attached

Questions Go Through the App, Not Your Personal Phone

Contractors message you through the portal — not your cell number. Every conversation shows the property it's about. Your phone buzzes when they reach out. File attachments supported. The whole history lives in one place.

Contractor raises an issue, you see it instantly

Problems Get Flagged, Not Lost in a Text Thread

Contractor can't access the lockbox at the Coachella Valley property. They flag the job with a note — your phone buzzes, the ticket jumps to the top with an amber badge. You respond in the portal. They get notified. The full exchange is logged on the ticket.

Common Questions

Everything property managers ask before giving contractors a login.

Do contractors need to download an app?

No. Contractors get an email with Accept and Decline buttons the moment you assign a job — no login, no download. For their schedule, messaging, and photo uploads they use the portal directly from their phone browser. It can be added to the home screen if they want the native app feel, but nothing is required.

What contractor types are supported?

13 categories: cleaner, handyman, plumber, electrician, HVAC, pest control, pool, landscaping, locksmith, appliance, supplies, general, and other. Each contractor has a primary trade but you can assign them any job type.

Can contractors see guest information?

No. Contractors see the property address, job details, scheduled window, and the vacancy badge (vacant/guest present/check-in soon). Guest names and personal information are never shown.

How do contractors find out about new jobs?

Two ways: an email with Accept and Decline buttons (works on any phone, no login needed) and a notification if they've added the portal to their home screen. Both reach them the moment you assign the job.

Can one contractor handle both cleaning and maintenance?

Yes. Every contractor has a primary category, but you can assign them any job type. A cleaner can receive a maintenance work order. A handyman can pick up a turnover cleaning when you need coverage. You control the assignments.
