Your Contractors Accept Jobs from Their Phone. No More Chasing.
The Dimora Contractor Portal gives vendors their own login to manage assigned jobs from any phone. Contractors accept or decline work via email, upload before-and-after completion photos, view vacancy-aware scheduling, and message property managers directly — with push notifications on every status change.
Every assignment, acceptance, completion, and photo — tracked without a phone call. Contractors get their own login. You get proof.
What the Contractor Portal Actually Does
Accept or Decline in One Tap
Every assignment lands in the contractor's inbox with Accept and Decline buttons. Token-validated and status-guarded. Works from any phone, any email client. No app download. No login friction.
Vacancy-Aware Week View
Contractors see a 7-day schedule grid with color-coded vacancy badges on every job: green = vacant, red = guest present, amber = check-in soon. No surprises. No awkward arrivals.
Photo Proof on Completion
Contractors submit before/after photos directly from their phone at job completion. PMs get an instant email and Slack notification with timestamped evidence — no calls required.

Why Property Managers Use Dimora's Contractor Portal

Vacancy-Aware Scheduling
The 7-column week grid view shows every job with a vacancy badge: green = vacant (safe to enter), red = guest present (coordinate first), amber = check-in soon. Data pulled from live reservations.

Common Questions
Everything property managers ask before giving contractors a login.
Do contractors need to download an app?
No. The Contractor Portal is a PWA — install it from Chrome on any phone and it works like a native app with push notifications. Contractors can also use it directly from their browser without installing anything.
What contractor categories are supported?
13 categories: cleaner, handyman, plumber, electrician, HVAC, pest control, pool, landscaping, locksmith, appliance, supplies, general, and other. Each contractor has a primary category but can be assigned any job type.
Can contractors see guest information?
No. Contractors only see the property address, job details, scheduled checkout and check-in times, and vacancy status. Guest names and personal information are never shown — privacy first.
How do contractors get notified of new assignments?
Two ways: an email with Accept/Decline buttons (works on any phone with no login required) and a push notification if the PWA is installed. Both arrive the moment the PM assigns the job.
Can one contractor handle both cleaning and maintenance?
Yes. Contractors are assigned a primary category but can be assigned any job type by the PM. A cleaner can receive a maintenance work order, and a handyman can pick up a cleaning job when needed.
