How long does setup take?

Most clients are live within 24 hours. Connect your PMS, complete the onboarding form (5-10 minutes), and we configure everything else. You receive a test phone number within 2-3 hours.

Will guests know they are talking to AI?

On the phone, 95% of guests don't realize it. Voice AI uses natural language with live PMS data — it knows the guest's name, their reservation details, the property's lock code, and the WiFi password before the first sentence ends. For inbox messages, the AI writes in your team's voice, trained from your actual responses.

Can I review AI responses before they go out?

Yes. Inbox AI starts in review mode — it generates draft replies for every guest message, but your team reviews and edits them before they send. After about a week of training, the AI handles replies autonomously. You can always override or pause autonomous mode.

What if the AI cannot handle a question?

Voice AI automatically transfers the call to your team when it detects something outside its scope — maintenance emergencies, complex billing disputes, or anything you define in your escalation rules. Inbox AI flags uncertain messages for human review instead of sending them.

How does cleaning sync work?

When a reservation is created in your PMS, Dimora automatically creates a cleaning job with the correct checkout date, property details, and next guest check-in time. Cleaners get notified, accept the job, and mark it complete with photos — all tracked in the dashboard.

Can my cleaners and contractors see the system?

Yes. The Contractor Portal gives each contractor their own login. They see assigned jobs, accept or decline, upload completion photos, and message your team directly. You control what they can access.

What languages does Voice AI support?

English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and 25+ more — auto-detected from the caller. No language menus or manual selection. The AI switches languages mid-conversation if needed.

How do upsell offers work?

The Revenue Engine scans your calendar daily for unused turnaround time. It sends early check-in, late checkout, and gap night extension offers to guests through your PMS messaging channels. You set the pricing, Dimora handles the outreach and tracking.
