How do I connect my Lodgify account?

Go to your Lodgify dashboard under Settings > Public API. Copy your API key and share it during onboarding. That single key gives Dimora read access to your properties, reservations, and calendar.

Do I need to generate an API key?

Yes. Your Lodgify API key is found in Settings > Public API. It comes with read/write permissions — we only use read access for your property and reservation data.

What Lodgify data does Dimora access?

Properties, reservations, guest details, calendar, website bookings, and channel data. Read-only — we never modify your Lodgify data.

How long does setup take?

Under 24 hours from connect to live. Share your API key, complete the onboarding form — test phone number arrives within 2-3 hours.

Does Dimora work with my Lodgify direct booking website?

Yes. Voice AI and Inbox AI handle all bookings, including guests who book directly through your Lodgify website.

Does Inbox AI work with all my Lodgify channels?
