Go to your Hostaway dashboard under Settings > Integrations > Marketplace. Generate API credentials (Client ID + Secret). Share them through our secure onboarding form. OAuth 2.0 handles authentication automatically.

Do I need to generate API keys?

Yes. In your Hostaway dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations > Marketplace and generate a Client ID and Secret. Share them during onboarding — we handle the OAuth 2.0 connection from there.

What Hostaway data does Dimora access?

Properties, reservations, guest details, calendar, messaging, and channel data. Read-only — we never modify your Hostaway data.

How long does setup take?

Under 24 hours from connect to live. Share credentials, complete the onboarding form — test phone number arrives within 2-3 hours.

Does Inbox AI work with all my Hostaway channels?

Yes. Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, email, and any other channel connected through Hostaway.

How does cleaning sync work?
